Required Confirmation Items When Booking a Vehicle

1. Only those who are 26 years old or older

and have a valid driver's license can make a reservation.

2. All items, including address and name,

must be written in English only.

3. Only the main driver must make a reservation, and the name of the person making the reservation and the English name on the passport will always match.

(The English name on all documents and credit cards must match the English name on the passport, and if there is a mismatch, the vehicle acquisition may be rejected.)

4. Payment can only be made with a credit card that can be approved overseas in the name of the main driver.

The major credit card brands available are American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Diner's Club. In addition to the password for your credit card, you must check your PIN code at your local bank before departure. Payment or acquisition of vehicles by other credit card brands, debit cards, or check cards is not possible.
-PIN code: password entered in the direct circuit (IC) of the credit card unlike a credit card password.

5. Payment can also be made with a corporate card,

and only credit cards that have the name of the main driver embossed on the front of the corporate card and can be approved overseas are accepted.

6. You must present all of your reservation card, international driver's license, domestic driver's license, credit card, and passport

when picking up your vehicle, and both names in English must be the same as the English name on the passport. Additional drivers must also show their international driver's license, domestic driver's license and passport.
